At Duke & Jacobs, a selection process consists of a thorough analysis and comprehensive recruitment using our own candidate database, search & headhunting and our website. Furthermore, we can utilise online platforms to set up the most optimal recruitment marketing campaign for you. For this, we use our own database and personal network, the internet and advertisements, executive search and headhunting.
Selection
During the selection process, Duke & Jacobs conducts interviews with several candidates. We will then invite the three or four candidates that best suit your organisation in terms of their experience, competences and personality to a follow-up interview with your organisation. We organise and supervise these interviews and support the process up to the signing of the employment contract.
We always check candidates’ references and diplomas. Of course, your regular consultant will be there to oversee the entire process. After the start of employment, we will maintain regular contact with you and the candidate.
