Indofil built up a good B2B position in Europe which entails supplying formulated and packaged products (under the brand or label of the customer) to distributors of chemical products. As a next phase, Indofil now wants to extend their B2B position in Europe. To manage the channel and these customers in Europe, Indofil is looking for a sales management / sales support role.
You will be responsible for SKU management and business orientation. SKU management is building customer relations for European customers and in the same time with logistic and supply services. Eventually you will be managing country business planning.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Developing of existing and new clients in Europe.
- Achieving top line and bottom line in B2B sales.
- Formulating (together with country management) and executing business strategy for selected EU countries.
- Coordinating European businesses through country managers and distributors.
- Forecasting and developing the MIS.
- Making business analysis to help you with important business decisions.
You will be working out of the Amsterdam office and report directly to the Head – Brand Business Europe.
Required Experience & Skills
You are a graduate or post graduate in agriculture / science and you have 4 – 7 years working experience in the same market that Indofil is operating in. Preferably you have also experience in a commercial role. Further you have strong analytic skills, business acumen, commercial persistency, initiative and a getting things done mentality. You are able to work in a small and fast growing team.
You have the potential to grow into a senior commercial role (marketing, sales, customer services). You have excellent knowledge of the English language.
And last but not least we are selecting candidates who are living and working in Europe, preferrably in Amsterdam or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
In this position you are going to work in a small but fast growing team. After an intensive onboarding period you will be given more and more responsibility with clients of Indofil.
