This was the start of a 100+ years journey to pursue perfection in sports. Mizuno is now a worldwide famous brand in several sports like running, volleyball, handball, tennis, football, judo and golf. Mizuno is aiming at the top segment of the market for high-tech sporting goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mizuno\u2019s mission is to work through continuous improvement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe difference between something good and something great is attention to detail. You will manage the teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Controlling), from the office based in the region Rotterdam \/ Breda, with its current location in Roosendaal and showroom based at the Sports Business Center in Leusden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will report directly to a member of the European Management Team of Mizuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Role Expectations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As Country Manager Benelux you will manage the organization explicit and carefully further into growth while respecting people and culture of Mizuno;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for ambitious, increasing and sustainable sales;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will further increase the brand value of Mizuno as well as the positioning of all existing and new product lines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be (together with Benelux sales management and marketing) anchoring and developing account management with key accounts and buying groups.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education on college level (HBO\/HBO+);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience with 5+ years in a management role in wholesale and\/or retail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical skills combined with good business acumen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in selective distribution business models;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in inventory management, purchasing and logistics with seasonal products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in building structures within unstructured organizations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurial skills &amp; self-propelling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales- &amp; negotiation skills on various levels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational awareness and sensitivity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outgoing personality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive personality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affinity with sports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Dutch and English (speaking &amp; writing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P&amp;L responsible for total Benelux organization, leading further growth, for commercial and entrepreneurial people manager.
