Robert Jacobs<\/strong>\u00a0has a background in business administration and more than twelve years of international sales experience with business to business, consumer goods and professional service provision in various international sectors.<\/p>\n

For example, Robert acquired international commercial experience in the varnish and plastics industry, the DIY sector, the exhibition construction and corporate style management sector, the graphical industry and the aviation sector. He has extensive knowledge of new business development, account management and setting up European sales organisations. In 2001, he transitioned to the recruitment & selection sector.<\/p>\n

Robert has more than twenty two years of experience with recruitment, selection and executive search. He has worked at e.g. Boelen Adviesgroep in Leusden and at Projactive in Baarn. He can put his expertise, insight and experience to good use in the executive search and headhunting sector.<\/p>\n

His motto is: \u201cYou can only learn about your limits by pushing them!\u201d<\/p>\n

Thijs Wolfs<\/strong> is a Master of Law and studied in Nijmegen, Lancaster (UK) and Maastricht. After his studies, Thijs started his career in Human Resources at Staffplanning, after which he was Business Unit Manager at Boelen Adviesgroep in Leusden for almost 10 years.<\/p>\n

Thijs then did challenging projects at USG Finance, Royal HaskoningDHV, Eiffel and Movares, among others. Thanks to his experience of more than 25 years, Thijs is not only highly skilled in recruitment & selection but also in corporate recruitment, executive search, labour market communication, account management and consultancy. Thijs’ preference is for assignments at MT and Board level within the Dutch manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n

In his spare time, Thijs can be found on the water. Windsurfing and sailing are his hobbies; he is an experienced sailing instructor.<\/p>\n
